Common questions

Report a player or photo: tap Report on the photo or the player in the game. To stop seeing someone, block them; you will never be in the same room again.

Delete your account: Settings > Delete account. You can restore it by signing in again within 30 days.

Download your data: Settings > Download my data.

Premium: manage or cancel it in your iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. To get it back on a new phone, use Restore in the Premium screen.

Coins you bought did not arrive: wait a minute and reopen the Shop. If they are still missing, write to us with the date of the purchase.
